Cash or Checks

If you prefer to pay by cash or check, payment in full is due at your pre-surgical visit, two weeks prior to surgery. We accept cashier's checks and/or money orders, but not personal or business checks.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards two weeks prior to surgery:

Financing

We have several financing options available to our patients.

Financing is available through the American Benefit Credit. The process takes just a few minutes and you will receive an answer to your application instantly. To get started:
